Established in January 2025, THOPE builds on the Pharmacozimbwe Mentorship and Coaching Program founded in 2018.

Our mission is training, research, and consultancy in haematology-oncology clinical pharmacy — serving pharmacists, pharmaceutical technicians, and healthcare professionals across Tanzania and globally.
